Every Eznest-facilitated payment carries the 0.5% payment-facilitation fee and actual processor cost. Marketplace-originated work also carries its marketplace service fee.

No fee for receiving, reviewing, declining, or bidding on a lead.
The marketplace rate is snapshotted when the project is awarded.
0.5% applies whenever eznest processes the payment.
Actual payment-processing cost is shown separately without an eznest markup.
A refund of principal reverses both eznest fee components proportionally.

The backend—not the invoice composer—must prove eligibility.

Both payer and payee businesses must pass validation.

The rail and 0.5% facilitation rate are snapshotted when the invoice is accepted.
The invoice and ledger retain the B2B rail identity.

What we refuse to monetize.

The marketplace should earn from approved work, not from selling access to the chance of work.

No seat tax

Hiring or inviting another team member does not create a per-seat platform charge.

No paid placement

Providers cannot buy a better rank, sponsored match, or preferred listing position.

No lead fee

Receiving, reviewing, declining, or bidding on a marketplace opportunity is free.

No silent re-rate

Awarded work keeps its snapshotted fee; a later policy change cannot rewrite it.

This page records the final product pricing. Direct and B2B invoice transaction rails remain unavailable until eligibility, tax, refunds, disputes, fee reversals, Stripe processing treatment, and ledger reconciliation are implemented and the transaction disclosure is presented for acceptance.

There are no private or negotiated provider-specific rates. The public fee-policy endpoint is the complete rate authority for every new obligation under this policy version.
